Great news: CoolSculpting is a non-surgical, noninvasive treatment with minimal downtime! First, you’ll meet with one of our fabulous team members for a complimentary consultation, where you’ll discuss what areas you’re looking to target and we’ll assess whether you’re a candidate and develop a customized treatment plan for you.
When you arrive for your first treatment, you’ll change into some (super-cute) disposable undergarments and get comfy in one of our cozy treatment rooms. Then, your Clinician will place the CoolSculpting applicator on the area of pinchable fat you’re trying to target. The fat bulge is drawn up into the applicator via a powerful vacuum suction and controlled cooling within the applicator is activated. You’ll feel the area getting cold for the first few minutes, but most patients find it normalizes for the majority of their experience. In less than an hour your fat cells are taken down to a temperature cold enough to freeze and kill them. Finally, the applicators are removed, you’ll get a two minute massage on the area being treated, and you’ll be sent on your merry way!

Here’s the scoop: The CoolSculpting device precisely targets your unwanted fat cells and delivers a controlled cooling effect that crystallizes them, essentially killing them—a process called cryolipolysis—and your body naturally (and permanently!) releases them (read: completely gets rid of them) over the next few months, leaving you looking cute without your unwanted fat cells. All with no invasive surgery, scarring or downtime.
